About BrightFox
BrightFox was launched in April 2018 with a passion to make workplaces better.
Staff deserve to feel heard, empowered, safe and valued. Leaders deserve to be supported and have permission to to be human in their leadership. Everyone deserves a culture that makes their workplace feel like somewhere they like to be, and have processes, traditions and values to underpin that sense of belonging.
BrightFox began by offering 1:1 confidential support to staff working with vulnerable groups of people. Since the beginning it has grown to supporting a diverse workforce, offering external support to staff, mentoring and guidance for leadership, and input into creating welfare-led, meaningful processes that serve to develop the company internally.
